Team

Matt Richards

After a very impressive junior career, Matt burst onto the senior stage at only 18 years old when he was crowned Olympic Champion in Tokyo on the 4x200 Freestyle relay. After a faultless introduction to the international stage, Matt backed up these performances by becoming an individual World Champion in the 200 Freestyle in 2023. At the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Matt once again was crowned Olympic Champion in the 4x200 Freestyle and followed up with a Silver medal in the individual 200 Freestyle. Matt cannot wait to share his tips to perfecting the dive.

Luke Greenbank

Luke started his swimming journey at one of the smallest swimming clubs in Great Britain where there were only voluntary coaches, Cockermouth Swimming Club. The backstroke specialist progressed through his junior career breaking a World Junior Record at the age of 17. After a few challenging years, Luke has transitioned into one of the fastest backstroke swimmers in the world with many achievements to his name. Luke is a double Olympic Medallist, World Champion and multiple British Record Holder and is excited to share his wealth of knowledge to help you become… Better Than yesterday.

Rob Norman

Rob is a very experienced swimming specific Strength and Conditioning Coach who has a wealth of knowledge around how to best compliment the metres done in the pool with a truly World Class Dry Strength and Conditioning Programme. After working with British Swimming from 2017 to 2023, Rob now personally works alongside Adam Peaty and supports our AP Race Athletes. Throughout the clinic, Rob will be sharing his knowledge of plyometric movements that have helped Matt and Luke become some of the worlds best starters.
