The Ultimate Race Clinic is a five hour experience hosted by ALL FOUR of our AP Race Athletes.
You will be coached by athletes that between them have twelve Olympic Medals!

The Ultimate Race Clinic is all based around swimmers not only learning to produce their best results when it comes to race day and the pressure is on, but actually practicing it… and did we forget to mention? The Ultimate AP Race Clinic is taking place at the Olympic Pool… THE LONDON AQUATICS CENTRE!

The Race Clinic will start with an exciting activation session with Olympic Strength and Conditioning Coach, Rob Norman and Olympic Performance Psychologist, Tom Bates.
The swimmers will then divide into groups with one group taking to the pool for a race warm up focussed session, using many of the warmup tips and skills that our AP Race Athletes will be putting to use this summer at the Paris Olympic Games. Next, swimmers will work through a Performance Psychology Experience to sharpen their focus when it comes to race time. Along with our team of world class experts, the AP Race Athletes will be running through the stations with all of the athletes.
Once both groups have completed their pool and psychology preparation, and have their minds ready, it will be time for their dry land to warm up. This is a key part of a swimmer’s competition schedule, with the final station being focussed on “priming”. Swimmers will go through a dry land pre-race routine that is designed to get the swimmer’s body primed and ready to perform at their peak level.
Finally, swimmers will be introduced onto the poolside with a VERY special entrance in front of our Olympic crowd and have their chance to race a 50m time trial (of their choice) in one of the most iconic aquatic venues in the world. This Race Clinic has been built to not only teach you to race at the Olympic Games, but even practice it in an Olympic venue!
This event is targeted at junior (minimum age of 8 years old), senior swimmers and masters swimmers as well! We have 2x5 hour Race Clinics that will run across the day and within each Race Clinic, and our Ultimate Race Clinic is our cheapest at only £159!
