How long do I have to sign up for?
AP Plus is a subscription-based service based on two years of content. There are two payment options, either a monthly or an annual plan. You can cancel your membership at any time and once the payment term has expired then you will no longer have access to your account.
If I cancel my membership will I lose all my progress?
No, if you choose to cancel your membership then your account progress attached to the email address used on sign up will still be saved and can be picked up again if you resume your subscription with the same user account (email address used to login).
What if my payment is declined for AP Plus, will I lose my progress?
No, if your payment is declined then your account will be frozen, but your progress will not be lost. Once your payment has been approved then your account will unfreeze. We'll email you in advance of this happening e.g. if your card is about to expire.
What if I have more than 4 people in my household wanting to use AP Plus?
There is a maximum of 4 user profiles on each AP Plus account. If you are wanting more than 4 user profiles, then you will need to sign up for another AP Plus membership under a different email address.
I'm a coach and I want to contact AP Plus where is the best way to do it?

Why can’t I download content to watch later?
AP Plus doesn't allow users to download content due to copyright restrictions.
I don't live in the UK, can I still sign up?
Yes, AP Plus is accessible to anybody anywhere in the world. The billing uses GBP (pounds sterling) so please check the exchange rates for your local currency. We will look at supporting additional currencies in the future.
I have paid for an annual membership, but I no longer want to use my subscription, can I get a refund?
If you decided to purchase an annual membership for AP Plus once the amount has been billed from your bank account, then it is non-refundable. If you are unsure if you would like to have AP Plus for a full year then please check out our monthly plan, you can find details of that on our pricing page.
Are there any differences between the content from the annual membership and the monthly membership?
No, the content delivered from the monthly and annual plans are exactly the same, the only difference is the payment structure.
What do I do if I can’t do some of the gym exercises because I am injured?
Please make sure if you are injured that you consult a physiotherapist/coach before undertaking any of the exercises in AP Plus. An advisory disclaimer is in place for all areas of the platform.
English isn’t my first language, are there other languages available?
Currently AP Plus only has English audio. However, we will be adding subtitles (captions) in additional languages in the future.
Can I use AP Plus if I don’t have an internet connection?
No, to use AP Plus you must have a stable internet connection at all times while using the AP Plus site as the video content is streamed on-demand.
